Hi Anna,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. I have felt so at peace since I left you today which is a feeling I haven't felt in some time. Breathwork is something I have been wanting to learn about and incorporate into my "healing" work but did not know where to begin. I had no idea stumbling upon your page on social media would lead me to where I am in such a short period. I am so grateful. Your kind soul eminates through your sessions and your nurturing way makes it so easy to feel comfortable learning to do work that could easily feel uncomfortable in so many ways. I feel like I've made more progress with you in two sessions than I have in years working in other modalities. I feel like I talked to the point of exhaustion to therapists but never seemed to get to the part where you work on healing, and I was sick of talking about it all.
