Your Heart-Opening Facilitator

After living a fast-paced life in Manhattan, Anna felt it was necessary to take up and master a craft that emphasized the beauty behind learning how to slow down and become one with the Earth. With this intention in mind and her desire to help others on their path to self-discovery, she began to host Jivamukti Yoga Classes while incorporating the magical spirit of Madre Cacao.

Having hosted Jivamukti Yoga and Cacao retreats in the beautiful country of Costa Rica, Anna is now branching out her deep soul-healing workshops to the Catskill Region of New York. Explore the depths of your true purpose in a new kind of generational retreat center, ceremonial grounds, and playground for adults and children to discover wonder, harmony, and togetherness.
